be wise with them i was taking b-12 and had a blood test and i have taken way to much b12! so i guess they do work however i suggest mixing up food choices. i feel better with out them take up juicing lots of vitamins in that

I quit sodas in june. Water only a little juice here and there. once a day a flavoured water. i think i have more energy without caffiene. My coworkers drink engery drinks heavily and always tired. I drink water and have great engery levels. I like you are concerned about diet drinks.

I was morbid obese now overweight. I would like to loose about 30 more pounds. but i have been the same since september.

I have lost 113lbs after my wife had twins. Remember it is just as hard on the man as the woman!....Well not really.But my wife was bed ridden for months with twins and she became rather strected, however she has lost a great deal of weight and weighs less than she did before the twins!

I have a book that says eat all food cold. Drink water Ice cold and under dress and at night no covers. He claims your body has to heat all this up and burns more calories.
