Have you checked work out videos on YouTube? You can try out some ideas from there. I do Leslie’s walking workouts and I enjoy them. There are also some running apps etc. Also don’t forget drinking enough water :)

In not on Keto. I had lost weight before by reducing carb and controlling carbs. (But was eating tummy full with vegs) I am going to follow the same now and also later to maintain weight.
