  • I took a look at your food diary and you are consistently over in your sugar. I would try to get your sugar number down and eat as clean as possible. No processed, high sodium, 'fillers', etc.
  • I'm old school and don't believe in pills. You may lose weight however when you start to eat more normally you will quickly gain what you lost and more.
