I just started the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution yesterday and only decided about 4 days ago that I wanted to lose weight and be fit..I started taking a fat burner and using a protein shake yesterday..but I took a look at the nutrition guide for JM BR and I do not want to eat like half of the stuff on there! IDK what to do here. I wan tto lose weight really fast and try being healthier after I get what I want off but I want some outside opinions and suggestions on what to do! PLEASE HELP ME! I am taking Asia Black for fat burner and iso-100 hydrolize protein shake..ate really bad yesterday (sonic burger, fries, big dinner the works!) and today I have eaten next to nothing (half a dill pickle, a 2 oz kars sweet and salty mix, and two bites of cheese!)!!! opinions, comments, suggestions, anything good or bad will help me! Thanks!

  • I'm old school and don't believe in pills. You may lose weight however when you start to eat more normally you will quickly gain what you lost and more. I have seen JM Body Revolution and it looks hardcore which really makes me want to get it.

I'm not a personal trainer or health member of any kind however I have had success with losing weight. I would set out your calorie goal with MFP and follow it. You have to log what you eat and get your workouts in (doesn't matter what they are). Set aside at least 30min for 3-4 days a week to start. Depending on your activity through out the day will determine how many calories you consume.

The important thing to remember is the weight didn't come on over night therefore it won't disappear over night. It takes time. There is no magic pill. Let me know if you need any help!

Slow and steady wins the race. Try it without the pills first see how it goes for a few months. Set up MFP and follow it. I bought a heart rate monitor as soon as I good to get accurate burns etc.

Good luck. Take it one day at a time. This is lifestyle Change and will take time.
