Hi I am following the 5:2 diet, this is my second go at it. So far I'm on my 1st fast day today. I would love to give yous an add also for inspiration.

I awlays step on it until I get the same 3times in a row, usually its straight away tho! or sometimes just the first one is higher/lower and the next 3 all the same!

Hi my just dance 2014 should be arriving in the post today im so excited to try it? ive been doin the wii fit plus as my form of exercise and I can def feel it! r u counting ur just dance as ur cardio and if so how r u guessing the calories burned I don't know if it tell u that on this game?

my favourite breakfast of late is toast with one triangle of laughing cow cheese spread between the two slices and topped with smoked salmon!!! Mmmmm so yummy and leaves me feeling satisfied!

I want to have lost 2stone by Christmas in total ive done 6 so far so ive 22pounds to go that means ive to lose 2.44 pounds a week which at my weight I think is very achievable!!! IM GOING TO DO IT!!

I just started this yesterday mainly as a way to track my calories better, I was doing the 5:2 plan and it was working out great for me, so I am gunna eat 500calories on my fast days and my normal calories 1800 - 2000 on my feast days!
