Hi guys I'm on the last day of my 3 day reboot and I'm trying to think of my next plan! here is what I was thinking i should do: a: once my reboot is over continue to juice for two meals and have one healthy meal a day? b:or do a sort of 5:2 ie juice for my two fast days and eat healthy "normal for five" ? hey im new to this today and was looking help.....do I need to eat all my calories and if so what happens if ur protein, sugar or fat are over but u still have calories left to use??? at the minute it says I have 500 something calories to eat today but im over on protein and sugar??
