Hi! That's a lot of weight you lost congrats. All you have to do is stop feeling bad for yourself don't get stuck on the past and start moving! Don't stop till you get where you want to be. Yell at yourself if you have too LOL!! Come on you can do it!!!!

Great Job! You look so beautiful. Don't get discouraged just keep going. I'm not sure what you've been doing but I'm thinking maybe give your metabolism a boost and try different workouts with more intensity and weight training. My trainer tells me that the more muscle you have the more fat your burn.

I plan my meals ahead of time and eat small meals every 3 hours and I'm not hungry. If I am I just make sure I work out a little more and use some of the calories I earn from working out.

I used to feel this way just a month ago. It was like a constant struggle with myself.
