This morning I Mixed my protein with a bit of water, shook it up then poured my coffee into the blender bottle, shook a bit, opened the lid, shook some more, opened the lid, and voila! It tasted like the frosty goodness I remember! Thanks for everyone's advice!

Thank you all for the advice. It's good to know I'm not the only one with this problem!

I'm Italian...we eat a lot of pasta. The normal 2oz portion that's about 200 calories is about the size of your fist. Yea...not enough...I tend to eat 4oz lol

Fat, disfigured, whatever, I can honestly tell you that if you are marrying someone you love and doing it for all the right reasons, your wedding day will be one of the most amazing, memorable, and fondly looked back upon days of your life. I think your first two goals need to be prioritized more than exercising. I think…

Depends on your body and what your body likes. EveryBODY Is different!

You will not lose weight at 1000 calories a day.

I've been doing this for 8 years now and I've always done my cardio first. I can do an hour of HIIT cardio then go lift for another hour, circuit style or heavy low reps. It's whatever works best for your body. Don't be afraid to try new thing or switch things up for a couple weeks and see how it goes.

I wasn't really "overweight" at the start of either of my pregnancies, but I was in a "higher than normal BMI". With my son, I gained 70. With my daughter I gained 80. After each birth and about a year of breastfeeding, by the time each was around 2 I had lost all the pregnancy weight plus some. I had two healthy…

Oh and your body can be better after baby than before...mine sure is!

I'm a 33 year old mom of 2; an 8 year old boy and 3 year old girl. Binge eater since age 8. My single parent father died 6 days before my son was born and for the next 2 years I became orthorexic. I have now, at 33, figured out how to deal with my disordered eating, unhealthy relationship with food, and depression from…

I watched a documentary about bulimia once, the "experts" states that over exercising due to the extreme feelings from binges and the desire to rid the body of the excess is in fact the same as purging. And this is the problem I've faced when I start trying to seek help from therapists and groups. While I don't always…

Wow! That's a ton of weight, lots of motivation too. Do you ever notice times of self-sabatage? Sometimes I notice there will be times in doing great and once I notice progress I revert to my bad habits! Don't let this happen to you!!
-
This is me. Recovering addict. Been clean of hard drugs for 8 years now. But sugar, can't seem to kick that addiction or the binging. I can't do moderation, a bite or two of anything sweet sends me into a raging semi-conscious state of trying to forgave for anything sweet to eat. To the point I am sick. You ARE NOT alone!
-
That's great! Are you totally abstaining or are you allowing some in moderation? For me it's usually an all or nothing mentality. I have to totally obtain from the processed sugar to succeed.
-
Wow, what a struggle! I am happy to have a husband that doesn't have a sweet tooth in his head! My main issue arises with my kids. Sometimes I feel that some of my binge issues arose because my father tended to restrict the sweets in our house, when I shop, I try not to buy a lot of "junk" type food, but I'm tore between…

This happens to me too. I get the feeling like I really want something sweet or carb loaded. It's usually donuts or ice cream or something like that. Sometimes in the morning I'll say ok after I drop my girl at daycare I'll pass the donut shop and grab a half dozen. But after awhile I start moving around getting the kids…

@Hearts_2015 that is freaking awesome! I'm proud of you! Now keep going just a couple days at a time commit yourself to it. I started over today, today is my first day without a binge. I've been on a week long one. I just started thinking to myself "are you really going to make this a habit, is this how you want to…

Oh and c-section the second time too.

Yes! I was always the fat girl. Got pregnant in 2005, gained 70lbs, lost 100 in 17 months, at age 24. Got pregnant in 2011, gained 80lbs, lost 90lbs by 30 months, at age 33. You can do it, it gets harder each time and as you get older, but it can be done!

I have this issue too, I've always had larger upper arm, to me they are almost disproportionate to the rest of my body. They are the first place to gain fat and the last place to lose. The only thing I really know how to do to make them look better is keep my bf low (under 20%) and lift heavy. The only time I had skinny…

Under strength exercises.

You have to figure out what works best for your body since everyBODY is different. For me, after 8 years I've discovered I need to eat 50% protein, 30% fats, 20% carbs, between 1700-1800 calories. I need to do 30-45 min of HIIT cardio first, then heavy circuit style weight lifting with 30-45 seconds of rest between sets. I…

Hmm...every done any searches on bb.com for bodyweight only exercises? What equipment do you have at home. Send me a message, I can probably come up with something for you. Do you have time and an area to run a decent length? I'm not great with lowering BF, but I know how to lose weight and build muscle. Even without a…

@Hearts_2015 I've been dealing with this a LONG times! I've got a lot of tricks in my arsenal!

This. I use it.

Try about 9,000-12,000mg of CLA and 3,000 mg of L-carnitine before you go to fat burners.
