I am considering the shaklee 180 plan and wanted to find out if anyone has made much progress. Has anyone stuck with the plan? What were your results? Pros and cons? Thanks for your help!

I just purchased a new sports bra from bare necessities.com. They have 'how to' instructions and a reference chart for size. I was shocked at how different the size I wear versus the recommended size. I just received it yesterday and the chart was spot on. I hope this helps!

Count me in! I purchased and started this last week to use at home when I can't get to the gym because of snow or scheduling issues. I have no excuse since it's only 30 minutes of my time and doesn't require travel time to the gym. Tonight is day 3 of level 1.
