  • Hi mamas! I am also due June 25th. This is our 4th baby. Before getting pregnant, I lost 15+ lbs using MFP to track food and taking tae kwon do. I'm still taking tae kwon do (and hope to keep going right up to the end!), but I'm not currently logging food. Will return to that this summer.

  • Never Say Diet was a (non-)diet book that I actually enjoyed. Nice not to feel judged, faulted, etc., there's enough of that in this world! Pure encouragement in that book. Also, I'm finding, lots of encouragement here from interactive, positive friends.

I'm finding that I have to put my nutrition and exercise first, ahead of the kids and ahead of the chores.
