Just trying to update my mileage ticker!
-
10/21/2011 - Group A - 2.75 miles this morning.

For Wednesday, 10/19, I logged in 2.75 miles. There will be no more for me today!

I can't tell you how much I needed this today! Thanks for sharing. You are really inspiring to lots of people.

This makes so much sense, it's scary! I've been eating lots more fish and taking fish oil capsules for the last month or so. Will this help convince my body that fatty acids will always be available? I know I feel better since taking them and my HDL level is dropping, Thanks for the great information.

However it comes off, at least it comes off!!! In any event, I would kill for abs like yours! What's your secret?

For 10/18/11 - logged 2.5 at the gym today!
-
Thanks for your support! Could you suggest anyone else to join my "team"? I could really use all the help I can get! I ran this morning on the treadmill and felt good that I made it through all the running without stopping once. I step up a level next week and I'm a little anxious, but I'll keep chugging along.

10/17 1.25 miles Yesterday was really busy at work and I couldn't stay at the gym as long as I would have liked. But I was there for 45 minutes this morning and hope to walk at lunch so maybe I can make it up!

I'll join the 15 mile group. I need some motivation, as I'm training for my first 5K on November 19th!

I just came back to mfp after several months off. I still want to lose this last 20 pounds. I'm following a 1200 calorie model with 90g protein, 105g cards and 47g fat. The reason I'm starting so low is that I'm not sure how accurate my calorie counts are. I am measuring and weighing everything, but I just can't imagine…

I'm doing "Run Your Butt Off" which is very similar to C25K and I'm up to 2 minutes walking, 8 minutes running. I run very slowly, but my goal is to keeping running, not be any kind of speed machine. My first race is November 19th and I'm really excited about it. I was a little sidetracked in September; had bronchitis, my…

It's on itunes. I have a Droid and I don't know if it's an app on there or not. I'm not very techy! I just put it on my Pod. Good luck!

I lost one pound this week, coming in at 172. I'm going to need alot of support from you guys because this is a set point for me and it's going to take a massive effort to come down off this number. However, I am logging in every calorie, drinking my water and doing my jacks, as well as walking up to 15 miles a week. I'm…

My weight from last week is missing. I started April 1 at 173. However, if it's too much trouble, just wait and log me in this week. Thanks for all your work!

I weighed in this morning at 173! Thanks for hosting this challenge! I know it's alot of work!

iTunes has a thing called MotionTrax for your iPod, free downloads and one of them is a walk/run program. It's a little over 30 minutes long and after a warmup walk, cues you to walk for 30 seconds then run for 30 seconds. I'm trying it and love it so far!
-
OK, my weight this morning is 173. If I make this challenge, I will be within 8 pounds of my goal weight of 155. Help, guys, I need your support!!!

Can't wait to get started!

I'm in, too! How do I put in my goals so they show up like yours? Good Luck!
