I used to make a loose weekly menu at home. It allowed for a lot of flexibility which I need. I had around 100 lbs to lose and I broke it up into chunks. I'm setting goals to lose 10% at a time. This is much more manageable for me. Important if they ask for it. Find a friend or family member that doesn't mind those things.It doesn't have to be a guy just FYI. My grandmother was the best fishing person I know. I have the love/hate relationship. I love it after about 15 to 20 minutes in, however that 15 to 20 min warm up sucks. Some days I have to drag myself nearly literally to go to the gym or hit my walk. Other days I feel fantastic and go a lot longer than I allot time for.

I had several but they hit me all at once this year. My fam has a history of heart disease, and I'm currently taking care of a grandparent that has major organ system failure do to all of the prescriptions he was on to maintain. It was insane to me that I could prevent all of that and all it took was some self control.

Currently reading "Cold Storage Alaska" by John Straley and I just finished "Delicious" by Ruth Reichl. I highly recommend "Delicious" however it does have a lot of food reference which made me hungry LOL. I am also reading "Great Expectations" by ****ens because why not the classics?
