I would log it. It does two things, you are mindful of not being way over indulgent and you can see how it affects you later on. What's your breakfast calorie goal? I aim for 400 to 500 for breakfast. Yesterday I had 2 eggs fried and 1.5 oz of goat cheese. I love that extra tang. I think that was around 270 in cal. In the same boat. I'm just a touch over 5'4" and I started at 234 lbs. I'm down 20 lbs and will get down under 200. I'm taking it off 10% at a time. My next goal is 189.

I tan, but slowly it takes time to build up some color. Once I had a guy tell me at the beginning of summer. "Your legs look like vanilla ice cream." Where does one go with that? I'm assuming it was a compliment as he followed that statement up with a more risque comment.
