If I may say this ... Trim Healthy Mama is the ONLY diet that has worked for me! I have tried Dr Bernstein... Ideal Protein... WW.... WWP .... Counting calories ect! I am please to say that TRM has been my solution! I am down 23 P's so far and I just LOVE it!!! Hugs!
