I was weighing weekly, but due to cyclical monthly shifts upward (woman problems, smh) I have just changed to the first of each month. I will be taking measurements on that day as well, because those tend to better reflect results.

A day where you eat a bunch of *kitten* foods because you need it can be just as important as the healthy week that follows. Personally my shift into better eating has changed majorly when I began to forgive myself for eating 3 empanadas, tres leches cake, and 3 beers on Super Bowl Sunday. :D

To reach 178 by the end of March- 5 lbs. is a small goal, but a huge victory when I reach it. 5 lbs. at a time is the way to go (for me at least)!
