What's that one specific food that you would never give up, no matter how beneficial it might be? Or what do you turn to when you need a treat, something beyond the usual fruit and veg? Mine is cheese. My fridge is 90% cheese, and I think my body might be too. I will burn as many calories as it takes to eat cheese forever.…

Haven't eaten enough, feel full?
I've had about 780 calories today and I feel very full, despite having last eaten three hours ago and not have eaten enything heavy... ??!

A New Hope

Self hate
Sometimes, I hate myself, because I have sich a hard time succeeding in pretty much anything, especially weight problems. Does anyone else feel this way sometimes?

Exercise newbie!

I need help :(
I was doing really well, on a two month streak, lost 5 lbs! And then I started bingeing again. I've got a SERIOUS problem with bingeing. Gained the 5 back, list the little muscle is gotten. Back to feeling sick and disliking myself every day. I'm trying to get back on track, but I don't get my support from my family. :/

So I started out all great, super excited and ready to work out all the time and change my lifestyle. I lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks and I was SO happy! But, I have a bingeing disorder. And I let that take a hold of me. And now I've gotten back my 3 pounds. And the 5K is on SATURDAY. Now what?

No more motivation :/

Are the following true or not? -It's okay to have a cheat day in your dieting -You should only exercise 3 times a week -Olive oil is okay to have, but cheese is not.
