How do you reward yourself (In a non- food way, of course)? I can't think of anything and don't really want it to cost much or anything.

I reward myself for fitness and consistency accomplishments with new/better/cuter equipment. New shoes every 300 miles walked, a new treadmill when I've been motivated enough to use my thrift-store-score treadmill every day all winter... etc...

Speaking for myself, I'm not a house-pet, so my rewards are based solely on increased satisfaction with my physical condition and appearance. I've done nothing to reward myself for, except to stop behaving badly. I don't get stickers when I poop either.

I can imagine that updating some favorite (or getting into new favorite) fashions would be a good positive reinforcement for some -- but that may wait until my body has stabilized.

In all honesty, you might consider things that make the healthy lifestyle easier or more fun. I do better with my caloric load when I cook all my food from scratch, so often times, my "rewards" are things that make cooking easier or more fun. Like the pizza screens I got so that I could make classier looking pizza (and also much lower fat/calories) at home. Or the new water bottle I got for making fruit infused water instead of soda or the soda stream I got so that I can make fizzy water without the sugar or waste of buying it at the store... etc.
