Haven't eaten enough, feel full?

I've had about 780 calories today and I feel very full, despite having last eaten three hours ago and not have eaten enything heavy... ??!

    If it's just one day that you aren't hungry, then I wouldn't worry about it and would save those calories for later in the week (provided you aren't a HUGE amount from your goal). Otherwise, I'd look to add a couple things in from this list: community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10142490/a-list-of-calorie-dense-foods

    it can be dangerous to go under 1,000 cals a day
    go get a glass of milk and a cheese stick before bedtime or something

    The body doesn't work on a day to day basis like that. If you're not feeling hungry due to certain reasons and don't reach your calories, one day under 1000 cals wont hurt you if you absolutely can't stomach something. But do try to get your nutrition/micro/ and macro minimums, but if not, one day won't hurt you(:
