  • Welcome! I have done WW a bunch of times, but find counting calories much easier. I would forget my ww slider and try to guesstimate points and then would give up. So here I am, really trying to change the way I eat and lose those extra pounds to feel better!

  • I have them and just finished week 2. So far I love them and it is a lot of fun. I haven't lost a ton of weight, but have definitely noticed a difference in how my clothes fit.

  • I didn't like it the first time I had it either...but now, I love it! I feel like it is a treat now, but a healthy one :) IMO the Chobani and Fage is the best. I think someone else agreed also.

  • I have to force myself to drink water too. I agree that using a straw and lots of crushed ice helps. I also use True Orange or True Lemon packets. Zero calories and all natural...says that it is crystalized orange or lemon and it is easy to take along.

  • I just started the kettleworx 6 week program. Only on the 2nd day, but so far I like it a lot. A friend of mine has been doing it for awhile, and she loves the kettleworx DVD's. They are only 20 minutes, so for a mom with 3 kids it is very doable...no excuses :)

  • I have tried ww numerous times, but got tired of trying to estimate pts if I did not have my pts tracker. Then I would get frustrated and stop doing it...so here I am trying something new. It is much easier to count the calories!
