Ice cream addiction
I have been trying so hard to lose this weight...but I am addicted to my evening ice cream. I am not sure if I can give it up. I always make sure that I have enough calories left for it, but know it is not a good choice. What to do??

Vitamins to boost Metabolism???
Hi everyone...I was going to go to GNC today to find some vitamins that may help boost my metabolism, but thought I would put it out there to all the MFP peeps to see what I should get. Right now I do not take any vitamins or supplements, but I have heard that grapefruit and the B vitamins are good. Any suggestions???
