Last night was monterey chicken and sauteed brussel sprouts with bacon. Tonight will probably be sticky garlic chicken and... zucchini? I think I bought zucchini on Thursday... If not - it'll be peas I guess. I know I have baby peas.

Begin. Woohoo! Goal achieved! lol Um... I guess the real goal is Don't Quit. Complete the 12 week program. I don't have other measurable goals at this point. I just want to keep going.

I've never once had that predictor be correct. I guess it's supposed to be motivation - but it's never, ever been true.

Sodium, hormones, digestion, hydration, constipation... everything. My weight jumps around a pound or three all month long. I only record one weigh in a month. Its always after my cycle ends, and always on the same scale. As long as that's down - I'm good to go.

5'6 144 and slowly, steadily losing at 1800 - with three or four intense hours of exercise a week.

All this but Walmart. We don't have one around (shocking, right?) and hit up Target more often than not. I find Loft is pretty figure flattering, too. And they have some good sales, every so often.

Errands. Meal plan. Laundry. Other chores. Take my kids swimming or to a movie. All the other things I put off all week in order to go to the gym. :) Occasionally, yoga.

You can start anywhere. :) That's the great thing about a beginning. Give it a shot! My very first experience with resistance training was teeny tiny 3lb weights. It was still pretty hard. lol

Usually 3500-4000, but this week it's around 2000. Will probably stay around 2000 for a while... I'm dropping some cardio to lift weights. :)
