Fat and gross and old. Wow. That's a rotten thing to say about your wife. I hate that she blindsides him, though. I'd be furious and start swinging, too. Dang. This whole thing sucks.

Maybe. My husband gained quite a bit of weight after we got married. Being fed real meals on a regular basis was good for him though. He needed the extra pounds.

I did WW about five years ago, after my second child was born. I lost 25lb while my husband was deployed. I really liked it. I still like some things about it better than the MFP calorie counter (weekly vs daily emphasis, hitting your points goal vs staying under your calories, the flex points). I thought mentally, WW was…

I bet you're cute, period.

We bought an appropriately sized (read: very small) ring that I adore and wear to this day and will not allow to be altered, even though our household income is approximately 5X what it was then. My husband is a little bit embarrassed by the ring and would like to upgrade the diamonds but... no. I don't give a flying crap…

You may have to just force yourself to be consistent until it becomes habit. There's not much that is more convenient than a banana, you know? It even comes in it's own wrapper. And check the nutrition before you eat it - that way you can KNOW it's a good thing for you to have, versus being surprised and having your day…

I will tell you tomorrow after my monthly weigh in.

Malus. I need to use that word in a sentence this week.

Brush it off, go back to normal, and drink some more water. :) PMS week brings low willpower for me, too. But then things get back on track.

I don't know, honey. My weight bounces a lot, according to where I am in my cycle. I've begun only counting the weigh in I get from a trainer at the gym once a month. I'm sorry. I would be sad and angry too. But since you're going to your doctor anyway, why don't you talk with him/her anyway about what your goals are and…

That could happen. But you could also lose from your breasts first. There's not a way to predict what will happen. Try, and then see where you're at in terms of breast size when you get to where you want to be. Good luck!!

And some genetics. I don't carry fat in my stomach. Neither does my sister. We both have <26" waists. The difference between hers (no exercise) and mine (exercise) is how much muscle you can see. I know lots of women with lower over-all body fat, and lower weight, who are generally smaller-all-around - and my stomach is…

Congratulations! That's great work!

You look great! Congrats on your success!

Maybe. Still rather be a girl.

No. None of that. I try not to drink much of it, because the more I drink the more I want - and I don't like to feel that way about anything. Plus if I'm not drinking diet coke, I'm drinking more water. More water makes my skin look better, and I feel better all around.

Went to a birthday party yesterday where they served blood boudin. Won't lie - I looked at it for a long time before I could actually eat it. But it was absolutely delicious.

I accidentally left it on kilograms the first time. Whoops. LOL Lower than 83% of 30-44yo women in the country, lower than 53% of 30-44yo women in the world. Most like someone from Sudan.

Ditto. Except no running. I just smile at everyone. Smile, smile, smile. I'm sure a lot people find it weird, but I really am happy to see everyone there, doing their thing. And it's a little scary to go to the gym for the first time! I want the new people to feel like they're welcome. (And no, I can't tell if they really…

I sometimes get teary during cool down. Or at yoga. I've cried during spin class a couple of times. So... sometimes. It just happens.
-
Yes. So I stopped counting anything but a monthly weigh in. As long as I'm trending down for the month - I'm pleased.

It's really a personal thing. I am 5'6" and last time I saw 130lb I was sick (hyperemetic pregnancy) and literally starving to death. I'm 145 (size 4) now, and it's a happy spot. But that's ME. That's not YOU.

I love being with people. It's why I'm such a *kitten* for all the group exercise classes. I'm the weird friendly girl grinning at all the strangers. I love it. And I love sitting in the lounge with people after a class with our faces all bright red and complaining about how hard it was. Shared experiences. My favorite.…

Maybe. Check for mold.

I was at Target this morning and they had piles and piles of their Champion bras on clearance. The medium support ones were $7-10 and I found one "premium support" one for $6!

Kohls or one of the bargain shops. TJMaxx, Ross, Marshalls - you know? Actually right now Kohls has FILA stuff very cheaply as part of their Kohls Cares promotion (profits go to Susan G Komen I believe - could be wrong). The capris are awesome ($10) and the bra is good though low/medium impact ($5). Online only unless you…

Long torso here, too (hooray, right? God bless being long waisted). My toes sometimes come off the floor when I'm pushing up from a squat. Especially if I'm moving a little too quickly. It's hard to keep the weight centered 100% of the time. But I'll also lift my toes on purpose now and again to make sure I'm not leaning…
