I also have her 30 day shred, no more trouble zones, banish fat boost metabolism and 6 week 6 pack but just fancied a change and something different to mix up workouts at home before they get to stale and I get bored.

thanks for this. I ordered another one of her box sets and this one is included so looking forward to giving it a try - I will also be doing my normal 3 classes at local gym as well so hopefully will see bigger difference after the 7 days and I also will try out some of the other ones in the box set.

Really???? Check your own posts with your own spelling!!! honestly how petty are people these days!
-
anyone have success/results with this?
-
omg really? you only joined site so maybe use search feature and do some research!! people have negative feedback because it is not considered to be a lifestyle change which is needed for LONG TERM success. Juicing has advantages just as much as disadvantages.

MOST instructors will tell you do not start with heavy if newbie!!! its about form to start! therefore using heavy asap will take away from form. Source: kettlercise classes weekly! as others have said make sure warm up and cool down is done and practice the technique and form.

 clearly attention seeker and a immature one at that

No such thing as starvation mode!!!

is people doing this alone? or do they still go to the gym/classes etc as well as this?
-
thanks for all of this however, maybe you didn't maintain properly. I have did 1,200 before and maintained for several years. I put weight back on because I started eating several takeaways a week and no workouts etc so to reiterate what others have said... WHAT WORKED FOR YOU DOESNT WORK FOR EVERYONE and WHAT DIDNT WORK…
-
1,200 is enough as MOST websites tells you as long as you don't eat BELOW that number!!!!! If people are working out too then they need to eat more!!!!! Do not call people names because you disagree with them. If you totally disagree then that's fine we all have opinions but you could give advice or suggest links to read…

Doing sit ups alone is pointless I agree however - if you are keen to strengthen core you could do a mix of ab workouts such as x amount of sit ups, x amount of leg raises and x amount of seconds plank. I still have fat to lose but had no strength in core I do 3 classes a week but also started 30 day abs challenge and can…

I would start 4kg or 6kg for female or 6kg or 8kg for Male - given that you have suffered a stroke before - no point over doing things. Start light and work your way up. I go to kettlercise class and instructor gives same advice. One kettlebell is enough for loads of exercise there are over 250 exercises just for one…

actually weight loss made me happy! I am a happy person but the passed year I wasn't so much I was unhappy, uncomfy, now 1 stone 9lb lighter, 4 inches off waist and getting comfy in 14 I am back to being happy, so I think for some people weight and size is the only thing in life that they are unhappy about. ie Me
-
I cheer ABE

I love my fitbit flex and it helped me motivate myself at start and still does, I wear it all day every day. you can wear it swimming, shower, walking etc wouldn't be without it now and all the new colours are great.
-
one slice of toast with peanut butter does it for me even if u nibble on it, It tastes so good I cant not finish it.
-
must be great to be perfect

try googling the 30 day abs challenge and follow for a while. I now on day 17 but yesterday successfully managed a sit up. EDIT: I should have said for the first 15 days I had to have someone hold my feet down. Now I don't.
-
I am currently doing the abs challenge. I did look at this one and a few others for next challenge. some say these things are pointless - I have to disagree, when I started abs challenge I needed someone to hold down my feet, now 16 days in I can do sit ups without feet being held down.
-
going swimming and wearing swimsuit
-
This!! I use fitbit. keeps me on track.
-
Have binged on this the past few days - will be gutted when its over!

I don't need to call out anyone as I have just said I don't have issues - I was simply saying I understand what OP meant. Only one person has been narky to me which was sorted in adult fashion.
-
Firstly, I haven't said everyone against me! I have only ever had one person be bit narky but then I was to blame for having dumb moment and thinking I know something when I clearly didn't. Again I will say - my statement was regarding several threads I have read today with idiotic responses etc so I understand what OP…
