  • Although this is true - I go to the gym or do exercises from DVD's or walking etc to burn more calories to help with having deficit. I don't necessary have deficit by cutting out foods/calories. So this should also be noted to newbies. you can have a deficit by eating alone or exercise alone or both. Most of my deficits…
  • wow people are helpful aren't they with their cocky replies! Depends if you mean a few drinks from night before or weather you mean a proper session. If I have couple of drinks in house then I normally make gym or a class, if I have proper session out in town which includes bottle of wine and 6 vodka and cokes and few…

  • I didn't ask the question but yeah ok. anyway, I was giving my opinion based on the fact the OP clearly felt criticised. I am entitled to do that. Anyway I wont get into this and that because I don't need to! so enjoy your journey! ta-ra
  • The LMAO comment i was referring to and if you read my comment you would see i wasn't referring to me feeling stupid! also everyone is entitled to their opinions but given that people are coming to threads for help they dont need to be laughed at or spoken to like they are stupid or by rude people that was my point.…
  • 6-7 days - Thursday tends to be a rest day but i have fit-bit so if i don't get enough steps i will use treadmill to get my steps.
  • People could be educated without being laughed at or made to feel stupid. I have noticed too many people on this site being rude. If people ask questions cant we have answers without being made to feel stupid or laughed at. Lets be honest most of the people now giving advice have been in OP situation hence why they are on…
  • I don't know why this and cant answer question but I just wanted to say I never add the exercises I do. I just use the calorie adjustment side of it because I don't want it to over calculate or under calculate.
  • Yes it will. I do this if i havent met my steps for my fitbit even on rest days, i will walk on spot to ensure i at least get my steps. :-)

  • Eat less and move more - I tried all quick fixes such as slim fast, juice plus, special K diet and truth is they all worked for the first few weeks but once you eat normal foods BOOM - the problems start I got bigger than I was before I started them. Honestly, I cant stress enough how important it is to see weight loss as…

  • Yeah I know it will come mainly from eating as I have lost 3 stone before this but without exercise I wouldn't be losing weight because I enjoy my food so my deficit comes from my exercise due to calories burned mainly. regardless of what it burns its better than if I was sat on the sofa watching TV - this is how I see it.…

I have lost 2 stone eating 1,200 - I now have slightly higher cals now but only slightly and I haven't binged once so all this that's why you binge is just foolish talk! OP: yes you have had a little extra - these things can happen - just forget about it and don't…
  • DOES track swimming correctly and does work afterwards - I use mine weekly swimming and it sill works. as long as you are not underwater in deep ocean then its fine
  • If you don't like advice then DONT ASK!!!!!! 1,200 is sustainable but the foods listed I don't see why it has to be so healthy! as long as you in deficit you will lose weight I consume 1,200 - 1400 normal things like chips, wedges, carbonara etc etc and I still lost 2 stone in 4 months. If you are following dietition plan…
  • if you don't want people telling you how bad it is don't ask a question!!! also if you need a kick-start you are clearly not motivated enough to stick with cutting calories so maybe just come back when you are motivated enough. I did all these diets and you know what they don't work LONG Term! just east at calorie deficit…

I started with 4kg kettlebell as class instructor suggested I have now moved on to a 6kg (I am a female who didn't do much exercise before this).
