I have recently started Vicky Pattinson's 7 days slim DVD & I love it I'm doing the 1st workout 2 times a day,has anyone done this DVD & if so have you noticed any weight loss?Any help would be great thank you! :)

    Weight loss comes from eating in a deficit.

    Some people may lose more/less weight depending on their deficit size or how accurate they log.

    By concentrating on your logging you will have long term sucess in the weight change you desire.

    Although this is true - I go to the gym or do exercises from DVD's or walking etc to burn more calories to help with having deficit. I don't necessary have deficit by cutting out foods/calories. So this should also be noted to newbies. you can have a deficit by eating alone or exercise alone or both. Most of my deficits come from exercise.
