Kettlebells

I am thinking of starting a kettlebell class and wondering what should I expect? Would I be able to keep up?

    expect to sweat lol.

    I do a class once a week and use kettlercise at home. I started with 4kg kettlebell as class instructor suggested I have now moved on to a 6kg (I am a female who didn't do much exercise before this). The instructor will also advise you of form and tell you if you feel its too much either shake it out or carry on an exercise without the kettlebell and prepare for the next.

    Its a great class and I definitely feel difference in my arms strength wise.
