I have got kettlercise DVD by guy noble - I think his name is. DVD is for women vol 1 and 2 I have. these are also good. You should have a look on kettlercise website, ebay or amazon at these ones. they include 8 min abs blast, 22 min express workout and 50 minute fullbody workout.

i am 5ft 1 and 7.5 is run for me on treadmill, 5 is light jog and 4.0 is normal pace :smile:

It depends on the workout, for eg one 25 minute metafit class will most likely burn more calories than say one hour class at bums, tums and thighs due to the intesnisty of metafit It depends on: 1. Monday - Kettlercise class (1 hour) Tuesday - T25 focus - one workout Wednesday- bum, tums and thighs class then 20 minute kettlercise dvd Thursday - Kettlercise 50 min workout Friday - metafit class (HIIT) then kettlercise 8 mins dvd Saturday - 4 mile walk then 20min or 50kettlercise dvd -(depending on plans for the day)

this is interesting topic. For me I did have to watch what I ate to lose the weight. I started off eating what I sued to just less of it but it wasn't working so I changed things and now eat different things, cut out takeaways, no sugar in cups of tea etc etc and its made huge difference.

the best dvd with weights would be kettlercise for women vol 1 or 2 for women! honestly best dvd there is - the reviews are also brilliant - started a kettlercise class and not long after got the dvds and have been working out with the dvds as well as few classes at gym - already I have noticed a difference :smile:

although you cant spot reduce - there is a few kettlebell workouts specifically work those parts - you could also do without a kettlebell and maybe use dumbells. windmills and side bends are pretty good for them. hope this helps :smile:

you can gain muscle from walking! - yes it may not be the case but it could be! If you are not used to walking and have done considerable walking then it could be the case. Back of my calfs are now rock solid due to the amount of walking I have now started so the fools who laugh your just making yourself look silly.

Sorry to point this out but your mother is not the reason you gained weight! did she hold you to knifepoint or gunpoint? People who gain weight need to accept responsibility for themselves! I wish you all the best in losing weight but you will get nowhere in life if you don't accept responsibility for your own actions.

Rather than the gym have you tried classes at your local gym? I joined gym but it didn't interest me and got bored way too easy. I now do kettlercise class on a Monday, bums, tums and thighs class on Wednesday and metafit (HIIT) class on Fridays and have noticed a difference in my body as all classes focus on diff things.
