I have a high amount of internal motivation and drive to begin with, but sometimes when I need that extra push I look at other people who have been successful with weight loss and think to myself that if they can do it then there's no reason why I can't!

Mine is set to 1300 a day but I actually consume about 1400 a day which hasn't really slowed me down at all.
