Oysters (especially raw, EWWWW!!!!) Olives ...and I know it says two, but I couldn't leave out all forms of organs. No way in hell would I eat any organ meat.
-

Chicken breast that is organic or not full of antibiotics -- clean Chicken nugget -- not There is no exact definition of clean eating... the concept is constantly evolving. From whole foods, to organic foods, to paleo/primal. Blah, blah, blah. Who really knows?
-
I eat mostly whole foods because it means I can eat more food and feel full longer. I don't know if I would consider my diet "clean", because I feel like the definition of clean eating is ever changing... organic, paleo/primal, blah, blah, etc, etc. For the sake of this post I'm going to refer to those who eat processed…

Smokey eye with a nude lip.

I think we should start a petition to take that nonsense down!!! They could still have the warning, but just take out all the starvation mode bs. "
-
Definitely not a troll... just trying to tell you how it is without the sugar coating.
-
You are confusing starvation with malnutrition. Starvation -- suffering or death caused by having nothing to eat or not enough to eat. Malnutrition -- lack of proper nutrition, caused by not having enough to eat, not eating enough of the right things, or being unable to use the food that one does eat.

27 here!!! Would love to have some more friends around my age. :flowerforyou:

The only thing I really like at Thanksgiving is the mashed potatoes. My grandmother used to make a homemade lasagna for those of us who didn't like the typical Thanksgiving food. I won't be around family this year so I won't be eating anything special on that day. Yay for me!
-
   Love it!!!
-
I totally get that, but I am single mother and cannot in any way afford training... Which I've told them.
-
You're so clever, haha, hopefully one day I'll be just like you! It isn't insignificant to me because it's making me not want to go to my gym or switch gyms, which I cannot afford. This is a weight loss/fitness forum... I'm pretty sure this is a lot more relevant than the "kiss, bang, marry" threads that are on here all…

I loved American Beauty!

Ummmmm no. I was suggesting two different scenarios: 1. Eat 1500 calories/day 2. Eat 1800 calories/day No matter if she decided on 1500 or 1800 I would suggest eating only some of your exercise calories back, if any.

Omg how did I forget about Cloverfield?? It was HORRIBLE!!!
-
I LOVE this thread btw! 1. Showgirls 2. Atonement 3. Gigli

This week has been my slowest in terms of weight loss. I'm at 164.6... I was hoping to get out of the 160's by the end of November but I'm not sure that's going to happen.
-
Watch this video!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LqgGhJywnHI Some of the things he does is advanced but it gives you some ideas! ETA: really good exercises + eye candy

I log everything, everyday :)

   Every time I see a "starvation mode" explanation for one of these threads a jolt goes through my body... Literally. And it's becoming painful
-
Oh. My. God. Seriously?!?! This does not happen. This is a myth. This is not reality. This is against the undisputed Laws of Thermodynamics. If you are in caloric deficit your body cannot magically "store" food. Please read this: http://www.aworkoutroutine.com/starvation-mode/

I wear headphones every time I'm there. I wear all black and usually walk around with my b*tch face on and it still doesn't deter them. One time I was in the bathroom washing my hands and a trainer came out of the stall and started her sales pitch... I've decided I'm going to have to be rude next time or rip their manager…
-
The crazy thing is I have told them I am a trainer... many times. They are under the impression that you cannot be successful without them and it's ridiculous. One even went so far as to belittle my weight loss. She said, "Oh 40 pounds... I guess that's pretty good considering you did it on your own." Pretty good?
