I cut dairy and processed foods (for the most part) out of my diet and my acne completely cleared up. I know this doesn't work for everyone, but it transformed my skin. Good luck to you!!

If you are doing the TDEE - 20% method you do NOT eat back your exercise calories. Your exercise is already accounted for in that number. If it were me I would go for 1500 calories and then eat back half of my exercise calories if I felt hungry that day. If you do go for 1800 make sure that you are diligent in your logging…

I would definitely adjust your macros... you are feeling hungry because you aren't getting enough protein and your carbs are really high. I would do: 40% carbs 35% protein 25% fat Hope that helps and good luck to you!!

I've heard of how difficult it is to lose weight while on steroids, but it can be done! Please don't give up! I think it can be an advantage to eat alone... you can cook exactly what you like how you like it without having to please anyone else. But I'm not much of a people person I guess. I'm lactose intolerant and avoid most dairy. Watch out for protein shakes as most of them use milk proteins (whey, casein). I am able to use Muscle Milk because it is lactose free.
