  • I had a similar experience e at the beginning of June I want to a conference for work and was eating all the wrong things I came back form the conference and couldn't seem to get myself back on track. I am putting in my foods again and I hope this will jump start me again. I am struggling any suggestions would be great
  • Hi, I'm in the same boat with most other post. I need to lose about 100 as well. I feel that documenting what I eat is so helpful to the weight lost process and I try to see what others are talking about often. The support is awesome. I've been having some difficulties but I finally now feel like I'm on the right path.

  • I eat every 2-3 hours and I always feel the beast working I continue to stick to my plan of eating every 2-3 hours. that way my metabolism keeps working to get rid of fat
