  • both ends? i don't think that's normal! maybe you are beginning to get ill.
  • My mum who is 51 this week was diagnosed in 2012 with anaphylaxis (sp) allergies to a range of things and she now owns 2 epi-pens. The main culprit is balsamic vinegar which gives her an anaphylactic reaction. She also has a reaction to dairy (mainly ice cream, cream or milk) which makes her cough and sneeze and on…
  • Why is this even a question or topic???? Of course bullying is wrong. It always is and there isn't ever an excuse... I don't know how anyone can ever defend it.
  • That doesn't sound good, I'd probably consult your landlord/housing association if you belong to one, or invest in a high quality extractor or some stronger AC?! Not really got any suggestions for food though...
  • Hi guys, please send me a friend request if you haven't already and would like to be friends!
  • Yeah they are in the fridge section - I tend to freeze mine when they're on offer though as they don't last long in the fridge, the eat-by date is normally only a few days after you buy them! They say don't freeze but it's fine as they're only vegetables/sauce - just make sure you defrost in the fridge overnight and then…
  • Oops - just seen you already do the portion bagging idea. Ignore my post then :)
  • Yes I am exactly like you...! :) haha. So last night I bought some big 80g bags of popcorn which I split into 4x 20g servings (using scales) and put into my own clear food bags which I wrote on the front. E.g. "20g Metcalfe's Skinny Topcorn - Sweet & Salt" - and threw the empty big bag straight into the bin and now I have…
  • I have sciatica (it comes and goes - high impact exercise can trigger it) as well as a metal plate and pins in my ankle so exercise is really difficult for me as well... The ankle issue can be quite dangerous for running as it is high impact - I am in agreement with you that you shouldn't do any of that. I love the cross…
  • Yeah same as 126siany - I tend to stop eating latest 9pm and I won't eat again til around midday but that's just my personal preferance and I don't 'aim' to not eat between those times. Though it varies and I might eat breakfast every now and then if I feel like it.
  • Not tried the chilli chicken noodle salad before but FYI - Innocent veg and noodle pots are on half price in Tesco at the moment, £1.95 :) just had the Malaysian noodle thing for lunch at 277 cals (I think). Was really nice and filling - saved me as I forgot to bring in lunch today! Going to buy a few after work and freeze…
  • I've been taking underwear photos in my mirror so I suppose that is a tracking tool of some sort. Thanks for your input!! :) In response to the person who said I shouldn't be asking strangers on the internet for advice, I'm trying to work out what works best for me, and I like to listen to other peoples' viewpoints - that…
  • I'm not sure if something has been misinterpreted here but the cost of a measuring tape/scales is not any issue - I'm aware of how much things cost; true re. having something to use when I'm not sure if anything is happening but the point is that I can become obsessive and let the inches/lbs on the scale control my moods…
  • It's as if you have stolen the words from my mouth :)
  • I really like this - perhaps if I get myself into the lifestyle change properly for once (I have been a yo-yo dieter since I was about 13 years old) I can then start tracking if I feel I have to. I really envy those who never track their weight/inches and genuinely don't mind!
  • I live in London so unfortunately Dollar Stores don't exist here :) On a serious note though, a lot of you have said it doesn't matter whether I track my lbs/inches or not but some say it does... I can't quite decide whether I want to or not as I can get quite obsessive and beat myself up if I don't lose an expected amount…
