I have 40 lbs to loose. I have lost 17 so far. This app has been so helpful for me

This will be my second week of maintaining my weight.

It took me just a little over a month to loose 17 lbs. When I was stuck, I was maintaining my weight. When I was loosing I was averaging about 3-4 lbs a week.

I started at 1510 cals and now I'm at 1430 cals. The app lowered my cals after I lost ten pounds. I'm down 17lbs

I made my diary public. I measure out my food but do not use a food scale. That is my next buy. I don't log my exercise but I try to workout at least 3 times a week. I log everything I eat. I also plan my food for most of the day and log it in the morning so I can tweak it if I choose not to eat it.

I can definetly relate! I have lost 17lbs. I feel like an over weight whale today. I looked in the mirror, my pants fit that didn't before and my shirt is baggy on me. But that doesn't mean anything to my brain. I feel like i haven't lost any weight.

I am in the same boat as you! I'm 23, go to school and work. My life is crazy! I try to work out now 3 times a week.
