Try adding high fiber foods. I have found that large amounts of water make a difference too. Kashi cereal and a banana or a fiber muffin in the morning helps me stay full in the morning. It might be a good idea to sit down with a nutritionist at least once to discuss your goals and get some direction on how to get there. Just an idea! :)
