It was horrid. The 3 days leading up to, and the day of, were just..bad. I was so stressed and went on a 4 day binge. It sounds terrible, but I accepted it and started back up on Friday. I gained 15 pounds of water weight and was sooo bloated for a few days after. I'm finally feeling better and have lost all of that water…
