I choose sedentary because I might move all day but I log my exercise if I do any. It seems to really work for me. When I had a job I kept the same thing and logged for how long I ran around at work. Also worked. =)

Started at 250 lbs. when I joined. Now at 221 lbs. currently Daily goal is 1940 calories. I usually eat either less or right at 1940. When I work out I always eat back some of the exercise calories. Your really supposed to. And I m 5' 11"

Im not sure but, it seems like you weigh yourself with your clothes on. You should weigh yourself with them off for a more accurate reading. Weighing yourself with clothes makes its very inaccurate so I would recommend trying that before you get another scale because that could be the problem between the two scales.

Lol not a husband yet but, if I throw them in the sink I would rinse them off first and the sink is quick and easy to toss your dishes in. Always put them in the dishwasher in the morning =) I would just ask him to rinse them off it would make things easier for you

Damn well first tell em to eat breakfast! THats the most important meal of the day. It usually gets your body going. That is why its called break-fast lol. Losing and gaining weight like that can only be bad. It put alot of stress on your body

I wouldn't start off just running at the very start of getting in shape. I would start off walking and then walking a little faster and eventually speed walking. Baby steps is the key =) Eventually you will be running a marathon. Sooner or later of course =)
