It's been a year coming up on the 22nd. When I tried tasting it again it felt like i was drinking pure surgar it was waaaaayy to sweet so i gave it away lol! Haven't tried any since then.

Hello! First I lost 52lbs since febrauary 2011 so almost about a year. Second I counted calories and cut down big on sugar drinks and started drinking almost all water. 3rd Worked out 1-3 times a weeks up until 50lbs lost. When you don't eat 1000 calories at least a day that puts your body into starvation mode. You definitely don't want this because you won't lose weight at all. I really wouldn't do a 1000 kals thats sounds a little dangerous being that anything below 1000 kals puts your body in starvation mode I would try like other people have said upping your calories or cycling them which means 1 day u eat 1200 cals next day you eat 1400 then back to 1200 and so forth.

Well one tip would be is definitely don't fast any more. All that does is put your body in starvation mode and will cause you to do gain weight.

You will be fine. Just because it was high in carbs doesn't mean you'll be going backwards! Just stay within your calories limits and you will be fine! Take a look at my diary if you like I don't mind! I started in february!

I'm having this same problem. I use the bathroom a ton now! 8-12 cups of water is what i drink a day and using the bathroom like every 15minutes some times is annoying! Most of the time it is between 1-2hrs at a time. Hope you find a good answer

You can try Adam's Natural Peanut butter you have to mix in the oil stuff floating on top when you get it but, taste great. Not much diff at all but its pure and no sugar added only has natural sugars.

Check out topics on sodium intake and how it effects your weight. I recall that for every 1000mg of sodium you eat per day you retain 2.2lbs of water. Hopefully this helps!

I would highly recommend not doing that diet! Starving your self first of all tells your body to store fat. They probably just lost water weight. Actually not at all! It's ok last I heard! Chipotle actually uses fresh veggies in their food. I ate like that a couple times and tiareed is right. You might get a little hungry later on. If you have enough cals to eat 2 light meals do it you'll be fine!

This site works for me great. It really has changed the way I eat and a huge life style change. Try to log every single thing u eat and make sure the mode you are on is correct. Sometimes this causes problems when your in the wrong mode.
