I love Crunch: Cardio Dance Blast! My sister bought it somewhere years ago and gave it to me; it's so much fun!!! Today I used my xBox to workout - Just Dance 2015. It's easy to be wimpy but if you really throw yourself into trying to get all the moves perfect (including the legs) it's actually a pretty good workout. I did…

My biggest piece of advice is get a heart rate monitor. You can get exact calories burned (or pretty close) and the MFP calculator is sooooooooooooooo bad. 350 does seem really low for that amount of effort. Get a reliable heart rate monitor for your workouts and just do what you enjoy, as long as it keeps your heart rate…

I'd love to be involved and help out in any way I can!

That's quite a menu! I think it all looks pretty good... How often do you eat out? If it's a rare treat, enjoy it in moderation. I agree with the person who said order what you want and eat half. You can even ask them to pre-box half of your meal so you aren't tempted to eat more.

You are absolutely gorgeous, before and after! But, you're rockin' that red dress, girl! You look so great!

Thanks for all the suggestions! I think if I made cauliflower pizza crust, my fiance might run away. I've been using cauliflower as a substitute for EVERYTHING! I love it but he's mentioned more than once that he has had enough. Mashed cauliflower is good but it's definitely NOT mashed potatoes... I think I'm going to make…

I sincerely hope mine get significantly smaller. As it is, I have to spend $50 or more on a good, supportive bra. I'd love to run into Target and grab something cute for $8...

Today I had a large banana and half of a whole wheat english muffin with light I can't believe it's not butter spread. I made a whole one but my fiance stole half....

There were days when everything I ate was obtained via drive-thru. For real.... Starbucks latte or frap with ham and egg sandwich for breakfast, Arby's combo meal plus mozzarella sticks for lunch, Wendy's cheeseburger meal with some extra chicken nuggets for dinner. And I thought nothing of it! Ugh... I miss the taste of…

I don't think it would be sustainable to never eat the foods you enjoy. From what I understand, you can eat literally whatever you want, as long as it fits into your caloric needs for the day. And, there's no reason to beat yourself up if you go over every once in a while. You can check your weekly stats and, if you're…

This really hits home, for me. I spent years telling myself I'd get around to it, it'll happen someday, I'll have that moment that just pushes me over the edge into a blissfully happy and healthy lifestyle. Fast forward to now. I'm 32 years old and I'm so ashamed and embarrassed by the shape I'm in. I didn't have an…

Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, asparagus... Cooked just barely so they're still crunchy are all awesome; I could eat them for dinner on their own. Raw... bleh. Just can't do it, not even with a gallon of ranch. I like marshmallows but I can't stand marshmallows in cereal, like Lucky Charms. It's the texture. Anything with…

Oh yeah, and this! I play video games for fun, too. But I plan on taking breaks and running around outside with my dog every half hour or so.

So I'm fairly new to this but one thing I've learned that has been a huge help - don't drink your calories. And I don't mean alcohol, I mean regular, everyday soda/pop or fruit juice. Well, artificial fruit juice. I used to drink six or seven cans of Dr. Pepper a day. Now all I have is water. I FEEL so much better.... and…

I'm 32, engaged with no kids and happy this way. Neither of us want children. We dote on our dog, though. He's like our little baby. Having kids has never been important to me. My mom says I'll change my mind but she never pressures me or anything. Honestly, I don't think I'd be a very good mother... I love my nieces and…

Edit..... I was too slow! And I gotta give props to those beautiful, green eyes! But, I absolutely LOVE the hair color, too.

I don't have any babies.... :/ I have a dog, if that counts. But I'm 32 and I could definitely pass for 6 or 7 months pregnant at any given time. Add me, too!

My entire family has dinner together every Sunday night; we always have. I'm just starting this weight loss journey (again!!) but I plan to eat dinner with my family, watching my portions but enjoying the foods I like. It won't be a cheat day, but one meal of foods that I probably wouldn't indulge in, regularly. If that…
