You should invest in a heart rate monitor. I got mine at Target for $50. I found out I was burning almost double of what I thought.

I'm starting week five on Monday. But I've changed it up a bit. I added stregth training to my program. My beach body coach recommended because I hadn't lost a pound in 2 1/2 weeks. It's only been 2 days so I don't really have any results yet. But yea I'll join you! I love Turbo Fire!!

Eggs, skim milk, non fat yogurt, almonds, almond butter, apples, grapefruit, broccoli , tomatoes, bell peppers, chicken breast, salmon ( once a week) too expensive, Carb smart tortillas, deli lunch meat, lettuce/ spinach. Isopure protein powder, light muscle milk 100 calories. My sweet treat is dried cherries.

You CAN do it!! Just like they said you have got to count your calories. I have committed to counting calories and it has changed my life! Slowly but surely the weight will come off . Don't give up on yourself!
