Is anyone willing to share their menu with me that is consistently losing? I am set at 1200 and exercise daily with maybe one rest day I burn between 600-1000. I try to eat at least half my exercise calories. I feel as if I am pretty fit but I am completely stuck and can not get rid of the layer of fat lingering on my…

Any advise on how to lose my arm fat??
I am half way to my goal I have like 15 more pounds to lose. I have lost a crazy amount of inches all over my body but my arms are still the same as when I started. Does anyone have any advise on how to lose my arm fat? Will it eventually come off? :sad:
