I start my workout between 6:30-7:00 AM and I workout for 45 minutes to an hour

I maintain at around 2000-2200 per day. (TDEE method) 5'3'', 21 years old, 103 pounds, doing strength training (weight lifting), cardio and HIIT. Was still losing at 1700.

I lost 20 pounds and did not gained back any weight. Sometimes it fluctuated (1-2 pounds normally) put I don,t make a big deal out of it.

Why wouldnt you lose weight? Shakeology is only an overpriced meal replacement. To lose weight you only need to burn more calories than you eat.

It is not only good for your health but it is also yummy. I drink Silk's Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (my fave) as a drink. I put it in smoothies, in my cereals, in recipes substituting milk, in my oatmeal. Everywhere! And low calories: 30 cals per 250 ml.
