Just looking for a bit of advice. I have my calorie intake set to 1200 calories a day and most days i there or there abouts meet that instake give or take but i quite often find that my sugar intake is higher than the daily allowance. I'm generally still losing weight and i exercise four or five times a week so i guess it doesn't really make a difference but i was just interested to see if you guys stick rigidley to all the allowances, calories, sugar, fat etc or just calores?

I think you can have up to 42 grams of sugar ( seems like a lot!) per day. If you are having more than that then maybe cut out certain food? if you like sweet food why not try using Splenda?0

I usually end up having way under the daily limit of sugar. I cant have sugar it made me fat! so I try not to have more than 10 grams per day.0

The values set by MFP (except calories) are set low...don't worry about the sugar too much unless you have medical issues.
Stay in your calorie deficet watch your carbs, fat and Protien and make sure you get enough of the last two or you will be losing muscle along with fat.
I would up your calories...but that's me...I lose on 1700 a day.0 -
I would not restrict on natural sugars (fruits, veggies...)
According to the American Heart Association, you should not exceed 6 teaspoon of added sugar per day (around 100 calories and around 24 grams)
I would count sugar from any sweeteners and added in products (ex: salad dressing, granola bars, cereals...) Look at the ingredients on the packaging.0 -

BTW, it would be beneficial to increase calories if you exercise.0 -
