  • Please give details about what "eating clean" means.
  • Checking in...a positive report. The cycle is still in effect. Last week a .2 of a pound ...this week 2.7 pounds :) So, I expect next week's loss to be under a pound if my body keeps on this trend. Of course, this coming week is my spring break, so I am not sure what to expect :) Have a great week. Julia
  • Well, I see a trend developing, I am not losing 1 pound a week. I lose 2 pounds in one week, and then tread water....lose 2 pound, tread water. This week, I am treading water:) I am down .2 pound from last frinday. 4 oz down is better than 4 oz up :) Julia

  • Observation: Have you ever noticed that when you start losing weight, people will ask: "Have you lost weight?". BUT they never say..."Hey, are you gaining weight?" Maybe that is part of the reason we can stay in denial about weight gain :)

  • I turned 40 in December. I have been on this site for 4 days and LOVE the calorie counter. I have not added exercise back into my daily routine, but figure small steps are better than no steps at all. I am kinda looking forward to the extra calories since I LOVE to eat LOL.
