I SUCK at maintenance! I have upped my intake by 200 a day, and I have lost another pound and 1/2. Who knew THAT would be a problem. I am not sure about the liquid diet part, but I can tell you about what I did. I lost the my first 25 lbs without working out. I used the guidelines from MFB SLOWLY by surely I added cardio to my routine and am now at 30 minutes 5 days a week. My next goal is to add weight training. Good luck on your journey! Julia

I have had both soy and almond milk. I used the soy milk to make smoothies, and I used almond milk for you cereal. I am not much of a milk drinker, and I liked both. However, since I was the only one using it, I found that it spoiled before I could use it all. Julia

I am here and... I am in PANIC mode with holiday eating. I do not think it is reasonable to expect to lose weight this time of year without hating life. I MUST add some weight/ strength training to my work outs, but that is proving to be more difficult than the cardio... I need to find a work out buddy.... that would probably be the best for me. "Crazy at the gym" is 2 work outs a day and no treats... Julia

I am 5 foot even and just lost 50 lbs....I weigh 125 ish now. I am hoping to maintain for the holiday, and then decided what I want to do. Saturday check in., Scale was up a pound... but I am still in the "normal" range and I am not worried. My scale likes to "bounce", but it is on a down ward trend. Think I am going to make 120 my final goal and be happy in the 120-125 range. Julia

The concert was a lot of fun... You can tell that she appeals to tween girls, 'cause there were TONS of them there. Katie had tons of energy at the start of the concert, but it was over 2 hours past her regular bed time...and she was TIRED, but happy. Thanks for asking. Julia

Good Morning... Friday morning weigh in brought good news. Easter did not do any damage to my weight loss... Down 1.8 lbs. Officially at the "overweight" mark instead of "OBESE" on the wii... No I still have not added formal exercise to my daily routine. Now, I do teach...and can walk any where between 3-5 miles in the course of my day. I want to add the 200 sit up challenge to my routine so that I can build up some core muscle...but I have yet to take my baseline test for the challenge. This is my mini goal…
