Right now in my desk I have weight control oatmeal packets, peanut butter, almonds, prunes, some Kashi bars and homemade pumpkin seeds.0

I have about half of those items already. I also have dried cranberries, packets of oatmeal, pita puffs from Trader Joe's and low calorie coffee creamer for my coffee. Tea, almonds and Kashi TLC bars are a staple already in my drawer. I should add some PB and crackers, that would be tasty.0

I try to keep almonds and soy nuts in my drawer along with a 100 calorie snack pack or 90 calorie granola bar. I need to go get some fruit for this week though.0
