How to add back calories once I hit goal weight.
I am within 5 lbs of my goal weight ( yeah me!) and am starting to think about maintainence. Once I am at my goal weight, should ease up to my new calorie intake? Or, can I wake up one day and add back the 500 calorie deficit? What do you think? Julia

This bugs me!!! There new CRANBERRY WALNUT apple salad is advertised as being only 300 calories... but the CRANBERRIES and WALNUTS are not counted as part of the 300 calories.. You have to add them... YIKES!!! Julia

When will my suggested calorie intake adjust down?
I have lost 10 pounds so far since joing MFP ( YEAH!!!) and was wondering when the suggested calories will move down to adjust to my new weight....I figured it would happen at 10 and did not Part B...how often will it adjust down. Julia
