Anything by kashi..lol From the cereal to the frozen meals, they all make me nauseated. A close second would be COCONUT WATER..omg so disgusting! Ironically, I LOVE coconut sugar though..lol

It really depends but my average for last month was 2150. I lift lightly 2x a week and use the elliptical or crosstrainer for 45 mins 4x/week. I only lost 2 lbs last month but im going for slow sustainable weight loss.

I still binge on occasion but not as bad as my college days. I could finish an an entire bag of doritos, a whole pizza, and cheezits within the day. My salty craving was through the roof. I never binged much on sweets now that i think about it. Thank goodness i love to workout!

I binged pretty bad at a halloween party last night. I'm not talking about one cookie binge either. I ate about 5 slices of veggie pizza, 3 cupcakes, 8 or 9 cookies, and full size twix bar. Been doing ok the past couple of days. I tend to binge more when i go out with friends and co workers. I've been avoiding requests to hang out so i don't have to deal with the temptations. I'm trying to work on me for a while and get the binge eating monster under control first..lol

I'm in! I've had an ok October but still have a bad junk food binge at least once a week. It would be great to last the whole month without eating chips in massive quantities..lol

YES, I've yo-yo several times with the same 10 pds but I was OVERexercising and eating wayy too little for my height. Now, I'm just going to eat, lift, and not worry about pounds coming off so quickly. It seems to be working better

Its good if u REALLY love chocolate. I just bought a box and it taste like chocolate chip cookie dough but with more chocolate. ITs sweetened with stevia so I would rather buy this one than Chocolate chip cookie dough!

I'm a new vegetarian that tries to eat more high protein foods and so far i eat a lot of eggs, cheese (low fat), and greek yogurt. I also use plant based protein powder and mix with my smoothies. If u want some good carbs with a decent amount of protein, try chickpeas, peas, and lentils
