I decided to try out the raw till 4 lifestyle for 30 days. I'm on day 6 and noticed soo much energy and down 2lbs. I'm probably not eating enough even though im averaging 2200cals. I'm loosing following 80/10/10 but some days i do clock in something closer to 75/15/10..lol. So far no increase in weight. Just curious if…
