^^ What she said. I got really frustrated at first, then people told me to start measuring instead. It helped keep my motivation up! Also pay close attention to how your clothing fits from week to week. I know we always want to see those numbers on the scale go down, but sometimes we have to use other metrics for a while.…

Wonderful motivation from such a young person is a beautiful thing!! You look healthy and amazing. Great job!!

Your hard work and persistence paid off!! Wow, you look so happy, healthy, and hot hot hot! Forget those who tell you that you did it wrong, you lost too quickly, you'll gain it all back plus some. You've done an amazing thing! More POWER to you! :drinker:

Stunning results! I love the pic of you with your cat. Even your cat is smiling!

Great job!!

I've been married for 21 years. During that 21 years, I gave birth to and raised two incredible human beings with my husband. I managed staying in relatively good shape/health until about 13 years ago. Then I started gaining a pound here, pound there... eventually it was 50 pounds. Now it's time to reclaim my life

You look great!!

I've decided this will be my last post on this thread. I did state in my original message "please let me know if I'm mistaken" because I wasn't really sure how things were done here at MFP. It amazes me how some of you jumped at the chance to make sure I felt completely stupid and worthless. You failed. I fully understand…

My thoughts, too! I'd had such a great first impression with MFP, and received so much great support for my first 4-5 days, and when I came home from the grocery store and saw some of these attacks, I honestly began to wonder if I really should be here after all. This made me giggle. I've never been a big eater. I knew I…

Thank you for pointing that out! I hurt my foot last week (not enough stretching, too much exercise at once, plantar faciitis, yay) and I've been doing a lot of floor work (crunches, obliques, leg lifts, pushups etc...) instead of the cardio. I'm still losing weight at a good pace. You may have just helped me fix my…

I see. My first reaction was to wrinkle my nose. I hate milk, haven't had it since I was a kid  The meat issue is a big one for me. I've been a vegetarian for 5 years, and have just started reintroducing meat into my diet in the last couple of months. I will shoot for more meats. I love salmon and tuna. Peanut…

I am logging every bite, every drink. I don't really drink anything but water and protein drinks. I haven't had soda in years, I hate the crap. Seriously?! Cookies and ice cream to up my intake and still lose weight?! Now you're talking!! And thank you so much for constructive advice!
-
Thank you for that! I know I'm in for it in the long run, but for now, I have none of those symptoms of poor nutrition. I promise that I will keep those in mind and fix things
-
OK maybe someone could give me some direction there...? If I'm eating until I feel full so I don't overeat, but I'm not meeting my required calories, what next? Should I substitute some water with a caloric protein drink maybe? I love Whole Body Green, and a variety of protein drinks.

Thank you! I'll go look now.

Oh wow. I honestly don't think I've ever felt this much animosity in a forum or been attacked so harshly. I just made my diary public for all to see. I munch a lot, so I cater my diet to include several healthy snacks per day while having three small-medium size meals. Please keep in mind that normally my diet consists of…

Beautiful! You look great, and so sassy in some of those pics. Way to go!
-
Nice job!! Always a good feeling to not only fit into those old jeans, but to also be able to move in them
-
You were pretty before the weight loss, and still a pretty young lady. You look much healthier and happier though. Congratulations on your degree AND your weight loss!
-
You are quite possibly one of the cutest human beings I've ever seen! Congratulations on the weight loss, and kudos to you for donating your beautiful hair to Locks of Love! That truly touches my heart because my sister-in-law is a 6-year survivor of breast cancer, and she had a lovely human-hair wig that she wore while…

Just a little plantar fasciitis, nothing serious. I can feel improvement already. Needless to say I'll be stretching more often and making sure my arch is well supported! Thank you again for the incredible review of RI30. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread!
-
Definitely success! Congratulations!

Congratulations!! That's a lot of hard work and dedication!

Welcome! :flowerforyou: I'm pretty new here, too. It's been awesome my first day!

I think you should keep it. I wish I was brave enough to post something similar! Two kids and 50 extra pounds is tough on the old self image  I'll get there! (Edited to add) Suppose I could also offer some encouragement and advice... since you did ask two questions  Stick with what works! If you enjoy cardio…

My husband likes all shapes and sizes. He loves large breasts though (so mine are perfect haha). He says real is the best because they're natural, though he has seen some fakes that look natural. Guess it's all in the craftsmanship
