LEO here, too! I knew we had a lot in common! Aside from our love of the same breed of dog, your home state, and travel, we're also both Leo! I haven't tried the Healthy Choice entrees, but I love protein bars as a quick snack. I agree with dawlschic007 with veggies, cheeses, deli meats, and such, too. You can create your own snack packs with the things you love and keep track of calories while enjoying snacks  One of my snack baggies in a ziploc bag, for…

I'll back that up with a double dog dare! You know you can't ignore those, it's against the basic rules of life. :indifferent:

Awesome job!! I used to be a runner as well, and plan to be there again within a few months.

Ditto all the positive remarks! You've always been a very pretty young lady, and your after pictures show a lot more definition in your shape. Agreed! Everything in good amounts and in the right places haha I'm 5'7" and can only hope to have as nice results!

Two of many good reasons. Love the "ashes" analogy! :flowerforyou:

I LOVE salad! I eat at least one every day. My husband does this for hamburgers without the bread sometimes. He loves it. Keep on being weird, we're all weird in our own little way :)
-
You look great!! I'm a fan of facial hair, too. I think you looked great in both pics! You do look happier and healthier in your "after" pic though, nice job!
-
You have gorgeous eyes! Great job on the weight loss!

Awesome job! I got a few good giggles from your brain freezes. When you hit the 7th cone, you started to slow down a little, and made me wonder if you'd make it. Way to go  You've earned it and you deserve it!! I heard the conversation between the mom and daughter haha good stuff!
-
Now that's funny!! Great job on the weight loss, you look so much healthier and happier! And congratulations on finding your rib! hehe

OK, let's see if this works... On the left I was at my heaviest, last Christmas. On the right (last week), I realized I really do still have cheekbones

Beautiful!! And your baby is so adorable, look at that curly blonde hair!

It's obvious that you've always been a very pretty woman, regardless of weight. The healthy you looks so radiant and happy! Keep up the happy work :)

Nice going!! Keep it up and at this pace, you'll definitely hit your December goal!

My husband has bad knees and 100 pounds to lose. His jobs have always been computer related as well. (Except when he was a cross-country trucker. That job sucks for trying to be healthy, too.) From experience - You have to help him discover something he can enjoy doing. We started out walking, and my husband could go about…
